IT Help Desk

The Help Desk offers support for computers, tablets, phones, Microsoft Office 365, and more. You can reach the Help Desk by phone and email on weekdays from 8:30am to 4:30pm, except major holidays.

609.497.7812 - Technicians should answer quickly and can help you with many common problems.

For less urgent issues, you can email the ITS Help Desk at help.desk@ptsem.edu — emails are generally responded to within a couple hours.

In person support will not be available again until the start of the 2021-22 academic year.​

The Princeton Theological Seminary Library offers a variety of services and resources to support research and learning.

When we’re not under COVID-19 protocols, Digital Media offers Audio/Video support in classrooms and runs our on-campus studio and podcast suite.​

To reserve the studio, submit a Media Request Form. Where it asks for your location, write in studio or podcast suite. In the description box, summarize your set-up needs. You may also indicate if you would like your notes to be projected on a screen, if you would like to use the teleprompter, or if you will be using Powerpoint or other media in your recorded presentation. Check out this Highlight Reel for a sample of some of their work.

Continuing Education offers a variety of courses, from 1-hour webinars to semester-long courses.
