Digital Media offers Audio/Video support in classrooms and runs our on-campus studio and podcast suite.
To reserve the studio, submit a Media Request Form. Where it asks for your location, write in studio or podcast suite. In the description box, summarize your set-up needs. You may also indicate if you would like your notes to be projected on a screen, if you would like to use the teleprompter, or if you will be using Powerpoint or other media in your recorded presentation.

IT HELP DESK
The Help Desk offers support for computers, tablets, phones, Microsoft Office 365, and more. You can reach the Help Desk by phone and email, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except major holidays. In-person support is also available during normal business hours.
609.497.7812 – Phone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Technicians should answer quickly and can help you with many common problems. Any issue they cannot resolve is escalated to our on-site staff and is generally handled during normal business hours.
For less urgent issues, you can email the ITS Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org — emails are generally responded to within a couple hours.
Walk-in technical support is available in room 0130, in the North Wing of the library. Someone is there to greet you during normal office hours. You can call or email ahead to schedule an appointment.
