Equipment Loans

The Office of Digital Learning keeps a small inventory of audio/video equipment that you may borrow for classwork, video and audio projects, and personal speech recordings. Available equipment:

  • Handheld digital video cameras
  • Digital still cameras
  • Tripods
  • Audio recorders
  • External CD/DVD burners
  • Slide scanners

To borrow equipment, please come to the Digital Learning Lab between 1pm and 5pm on weekdays, and a staffer will assist you in filling out the appropriate form. Our staff will go over the various pieces of equipment you will be borrowing and cover basic training. Please keep in mind that equipment is at a first come, first served basis and is not guaranteed. All equipment should be returned on the scheduled date and in the condition it was in when borrowed. Please return equipment to the DLL between 1 and 5pm on weekdays. Upon return, a staffer will help you to fill out a return form to confirm the condition of the items. Failure to return items or damage to equipment while in your care, can result in a penalty fund being applied to your student account.
